HOP INTO BED bed linens and prints are a true designer range, in that the production and print runs are kept quite small; however this means that there may be slight variations in color and size from time to time.

All prices are in US currency.

We value our clients and contacts. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or you would like more information on the proper care and handling of your designer bed linen, please contact us at Service@hopintobed.com.

Changes to Orders

Once you place an order at Hopintobed.com, you cannot make changes online. For assistance, please send an email to Service@hopintobed.com stating your name, order number and the best time and telephone number for one of our customer service representatives to call you. We will make every endeavor to make your requested changes provided the order has not been dispatched.


Our Return, Exchange and Credit Policy

Returns, exchanges and credits may be made within 14 days of receipt. Please note that in order for us to accept merchandise for refund, exchange or credit, your selection(s) must be unused, returned in the original packaging, accompanied by a copy of your invoice and include a return/exchange/credit authorization number.

Please send an email to Service@hopintobed.com stating your name, order number and the best time and telephone number for one of our customer service representatives to contact you with a return/exchange/credit authorization number.

When paying for return postage yourself, we suggest you insure the package via U.S. Mail or FedEx, and purchase tracking services for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be credited.

If you're exchanging an item because of a mistake on the part of Hopintobed.com or because of quality issues, Hopintobed.com will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you. The replacement order will be sent via Standard Ground Delivery.

Returned items for exchange or return will be credited to the original form of payment and a new order will be placed for replacement item(s). Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of exchange or return processing.
